Refund policy

 

Only item(s) which meets the following criteria will be eligible for a refund:

  • Item(s) in original packaging with labels and tags.

  • Item(s) must be unworn (e.g., no signs of wear, damage, or alterations).

  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.

  • Personalized jewelry, including items customized with engravings or any form of personalization, is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  • Items priced at a final sale or promotion upon checkout are not eligible for return or refund.

  •  Gift cards, mystery jewelry collections, and the "Real" gift box set are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

To initiate a return, you are required to submit your request to rosypuff@yahoo.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns of items purchased with a promo code will have the promo discount subtracted from the return amount. Products received as a free gift are not applicable for cash refund/voucher/exchange. If you received a free gift with your order, you will be required to return the free gift or make payment for it.
